Bust

• Measure under the arms at the fullest part around the bust/chest horizontally.

Waist

• Measure around the natural waistline

Hips

• Place your feet together and measure around the fullest part

Inside Leg

• Measure from the top of the inside leg and measure down the inside leg to the floor

Ensure you do not pull the tape measure too tight. This must sit flat on the body without indenting the skin. If unsure, slip 2 fingers under when you join the tape measure and take this reading.

This chart is provided as a tool to assist when choosing your size. Please take into consideration the sport, styling and end use of the garment. If you are in between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tight fit and the larger size for a more oversized fit.
